ALISHA is meticulous in her approach and this is reflected in the calibre of labels she is signed to
which include Kaluki, Eastenderz with her hit EP ‘Visions’ and arguably her biggest release to date
titled ‘Changes’ on premier tech house imprint Hot Creations, receiving support from across the
industry and on heavy rotation at BBC Radio 1.
ALISHA’s sound is underpinned by sultry deep rumbling low-end basslines, driving grooves and
stripped-back percussion. This has seen her playing for Jamie Jones’ Paradise at Amnesia
countless times in the past few years, debuts for MusicOn, Creamfields and a momentous b2b
with underground purveyor East End Dubs at his Eastenderz party. If this wasn’t enough ALISHA
has played for Paradise at the mammoth Drumsheds, ANTS Ushuaïa, Elrow shows worldwide,
Glastonbury and Warehouse Project with the list ever-growing.
Further fuel to ALISHA’s fire is the support from the elite tier of artists across house music Jamie
Jones, East End Dubs, Seb Zito, Toman & More. Along the way gaining the affection of BBC
Radio 1 DJs Danny Howard, Pete Tong and Sarah Story including delivering a mini mix for dance
music legend Annie Mac.
A far cry from ALISHA’s humble Peterborough beginnings, one thing is certain ALISHA is set to
firmly stamp her presence on house music for years to come.
